I bought the abovemention phone that having too many problem for example the button not function, phone on/off power not working. I bought these phone from Aliexpress dated 02.08.2017.

I sent to aliexpress last year november 2017 but was rejected by China custom office they sent back to Singapore but being suspen by Singapore autority. Now how can l get the replacement phone.

Till now l have problem which Aliexpess in charge informed me to asked you to solve the problem. My name is Loakman from Singapore

Приобрели 3 месяца назад телефон который сломался. Осуществялть Гарантию Они не хотят.

Предлагали послать им в Китай на проверку. Когда я сказала это очень дорого и так гарантия не осуществляется. Сказали мне пойти в своём городе к мастеру и проконсультироваться. Мы пошли за консультацию заплатили деньги .

Мастер сказал что проблема в самом телефоне . Я написала об этом сайту. Они мне предложили заплатить 30 евро и они мне пришлю новый телефон , я отказалась так как доплачивать за и так практически не использованный товар неправильно когда на этот есть гарантия которую они обязаны осуществялять . Потом они мне сказали что могут мне вернуть 15 евро как возврат за неработающий телефон .

С чем я тоже не согласна. И больше мне не отвечают не на один эмайл уже две недели намеренно тянут время что бы у меня закончилась гарантия ! Мой совет вам не связывайтесь с ними . Отвратительный сервис !

Have got 3 months ago the phone which broke. Implementing the Guarantee They do not want. They offered to send them to China for verification. When I said this is very expensive and so no guarantee is provided.

They told me to go to my master and consult. We went for a consultation paid money. The master said that the problem is in the phone itself. I wrote about this site.

They offered me to pay 30 euros and they send me a new phone, I refused because I pay extra for and so almost unused goods wrong when this one has a guarantee that they are obliged to implement. Then they told me they could give me 15 euros as a refund for a non-working phone. With what I also do not agree. And more they do not answer me not for one email already two weeks deliberately pulling time that I would have a warranty!

My advice to you is do not mess with them. Disgusting service!

I bought three oukitel U13 refurbished phones there. The first never arrived, the second lasted 2 weeks and I needed to complain a week to get my money back and got it only because of my 200 othee orders on their website.

After a month the third has died too. The customer officier in charge offered me nothing and after a week of complains I have managed to have a 20$ offer then 15$ the following day while the screen I need is 30$ plus I would need to pay to install it and wait a month after the order. It's a pure shame. I will never buy another refurbished phone from them as my family mocked me about this scam.

Plus Raphael, their customer officier is the worst ever and should be fired.

With no new items since January nor special offers they have already dug their own grave anyway... A shame for what used to be my favourite Chinese website.

Really good service, my first experience with gearbest is that I buy a phone oukitel u13, it's a good product, good quality with an excellent price, the perfect delivery time, finally I have a positive experience of site. At first i had my doubts about this site but now i can honestly say that i recommend it for any online purchase of electronic equipment. The site was initially recommended to me by a friend from work after he heard i was looking into replacing my old phone with a new one.

After browsing the site i found a nice Oukitel phone with great specifications and nice design and i ordered it. The phone arrived really fast, in just 5 days. Works really well and was a real deal for the low price it was.

After that i've made another order for a tablet. Ican now genuinly state that this site worth it, is realiable and trustworthy and i've enjoyed my shopping experience.

This site was recommended by one of my coworkers. The site is really interesting, has a great range of products and models. I looked at around 50 types of phones and chosen 2 that i really liked, had great design and very good specifications.The price was very low, the package arrived in 2 weeks and i was really pleased with their good build quality.I've been using the phone for quite a while and everything is working just fine.Customer service was very helpfull in assisting me with any technicall question i had, i am very satisfied with this site and i recommend it.

STAY AWAY FROM GEARBEST. {GEARCRAP} SCAM.....

I bought the oukitel 6000 pro phone and it did not work. After making me jump through many hoops they said that they would send me a replacement phone.

Gearbest would not pay for return postage and it cost me another $45 AUD to return the product. After a few months the new phone arrived and it was the same phone that I had sent away for replacement, and GUESS WHAT, it did not work. Now I have to go through the whole process and waste of time again and end up paying $100's more for the phone in postage etc. The least the company can do is pay for return postage if they send an item that is broken to a paying customer.

At the end of the day, is it to much to ask for, to actually get what you payed for. Now have a look the will copy and paste a response that they are really concerned and want to help, What a JOKE.

two days later I saw that my order wasn't delivered yet .

I contacted the customer service afterwards. And I was totally shocked by their mesirable n pathetic reply .

i order a oukitel smart phone it took 3wk,s to get it, then i try to use it, it had a loud clicking noise that came threw the speaker when i open a app or tried to scoll down the page,well i got a hold of there customer service a few time,s and told them the problem, enturn they told me to set it back to factory setting,s witch i told them i already tried that and it did,nt fix the problem, so i reguested a r.m.a. so i could return the phone and get my money back or a credit to my account all they told me is to read there warranty &return policie,s anyway it look,s like i am stuck with a broken smartphone so buyer beware of this company,gearbest worst customer service ever. model oukitel C5 pro

In short: When I got the phone, I wasn't satisfied. IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE WITH NORTH AMERICAN 3G CELLULAR NETWORKS.

I followed the "Return Unsatisfied Products" policy (found at https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns), and asked for a FULL REFUND, as stated in the policy. I have contacted the company through email, and was asked to send the phone over to them. I did it on my expense. emails went back and forth since, and I asked for the refund at least 5 more times.

THEY DIDN'T REFUND. lately they even stopped replying to the emails. More details: I have ordered this phone (order # 8270065703610001894816) on 7/22/2016. I received it on 8/28/2016.

I then discovered that the phone doesn't support Canadian 3G networks (and other US networks, as well). Unfortunately, it is not designed to support those networks. That put my as an unsatisfied customer. I went to their site (https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns), and found the following policy: "Return Unsatisfied Products If you are unsatisfied with the items you purchased, then just return it within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.

If the defection is not a result of our fault, customers will be required to cover shipping costs both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same and good condition. The return address and shipping fee, please contact our CS staff to further confirm it." I have completely followed this procedure, and sent everything in the original packaging by the first week of Sep-2016. I have notified their CS with a copy of the shipment note I got at Canada Post, and asked for the refund (again).

A few weeks later I got a notification that the phone was received. I was asked (again) to describe the "problem" with the phone. I asked again for the refund, since I didn't report any damage. I am just unsatisfied.

a few weeks later, I got the phone back from them Then they started different tactics, that varied from ignoring my requests, offering me a "compensation" of 20$, asking me to sell the phone locally, or saying that they can't refund me since they don't have the device. At that point I replied that I am not sending the phone again on my expense. I will resend the phone right after I'll see the refund, including one shipment cost. Then they just disappeared.

I even tried to call the phones they have in their site. In their "about us" page (see at https://help.tinydeal.com/about-us), at the bottom, they have these phones: Chinese company's contact information: Tel: (+86) 0755-2331 6980 American company's contact information: Tel: 1-800-829-4933 The Chinese company doesn't answer, even during weekdays local work hours, whereas the American company phone led me to the IRS automatic answering service. here's a quote from an email I sent them, that summarizes their behavior regarding this matter. It wasn't the last one, but it summarizes the past negotiations with them.

the email was sent on Nov-22, after they claimed to have missed my previous mail with the refund request: "To: 'TinyDeal Direct (menglin)' Subject: RE: FW: fxj-11083223, Received Returned Item #8270065703610001894816, GC6570361 Dear Elena, The request for refund was repeated several times during our case. For some of the emails you even replied, which means that you got the refund request!!! According to my local times: The 1st time I asked for full refund was on Aug-29. You replied on Aug-30.

The 2nd time I asked for it was on Sep-2nd. You replied on Sep-3rd. The 3rd time I asked for it was on Sep-5th, after I shipped it back to you. You didn’t reply.

The 4th time I asked for it, was on Oct-23. It was a reply to your mail from Oct-22. In that mail you asked me to tell you again what is the problem with the phone, because you have to tell the manufacturer. You must have received this mail, in order to tell the factory what’s wrong with it.

Otherwise they couldn’t do any effective fix. So, If I ask for the same thing 4 times, and you saw it at least 3 times (including the last one), I think that should have been enough. I still want the full refund. Consider this request as the 5th time.

I didn’t test the “fixed” phone, and I don’t see a reason to do it. I have a new phone, and the fixed one is not suitable for me. As I said before, regarding this phone I am simply “not satisfied”, and you should treat me according to this protocol. In addition, as I mentioned in my previous message, I already paid 51$ just to send it to you in September, and I’m not paying for another shipment.

I also don’t want to spend any effort or time to resell the phone locally, and I also don’t know what price I could get for it. So, I don’t think that this is an acceptable option. I wish also to mention once more that I am a long term loyal customer of your site. Resolving this matter to my satisfaction, will certainly mean more business for you in the future.

My suggestion to you is: a. You refund me immediately, 219 CAD. in return, I will not tell this story on any social network. b.

If you want the phone back – you refund me the shipment as well (additional 51$). And I will ship it ASAP. 51$ is the lowest possible shipping cost. When I sent you the email on Sep-5th I attached the shipment proof, and you can see the price there.

c. If you don’t want the phone back – this is of course your choice. In that case, I am free to do anything with it, including reselling it, as a compensation for the trouble and mistreatment in this case.
